How to use Dr. Schwartz 20% Teeth Whitening Gel?
Step 1/4: Prepare for Whitening
Thoroughly clean and dry your teeth just before the whitening procedure. Dr. Schwartz 20% teeth whitening gel is most effective when applied to clean and dry teeth, free from impurities and moisture. The same principle applies to dental trays, which should fit perfectly on your dental arches for the best whitening results.
Step 2/4: Apply Gel to Trays
Place a small amount of gel on the front inner surface of the trays in a way that, after wearing them, the gel covers the external (visible) surface of your teeth. Apply the product evenly to each tooth you want to whiten.
The amount of gel applied should be small enough that it does not leak onto the gums when you wear the trays, yet sufficient to cover the teeth intended for whitening. The estimated amount of product for each dental arch is 0.1-0.5 ml.
Step 3/4: Wear the Trays
